00:00:00 --> 00:00:02 I won't flip out about it. Just controlling the
00:00:02 --> 00:00:05 stress is probably the real reason all of us
00:00:05 --> 00:00:07 do most of this. With the chaos in the medical
00:00:07 --> 00:00:10 fields and with business companies and insurance
00:00:10 --> 00:00:12 companies taking over medical care, telling the
00:00:12 --> 00:00:15 doctors what they can do and can't do. This is
00:00:15 --> 00:00:18 good for doctors too. It helps them relieve their
00:00:18 --> 00:00:21 stress. Has hypnosis been backed by scientific
00:00:21 --> 00:00:26 research? What does the data say? Hypnosis has
00:00:26 --> 00:00:29 a lot of evidence -based research. Medical students
00:00:29 --> 00:00:32 now are getting what they call integrative medicine
00:00:32 --> 00:00:36 classes, which basically shows an understanding
00:00:36 --> 00:00:40 and a respect for our field, too. And they know
00:00:40 --> 00:00:43 it's not their baseline education, but they understand
00:00:43 --> 00:00:46 that can actually help get their job done. And
00:00:46 --> 00:00:49 I think it really does. The data absolutely is
00:00:49 --> 00:00:53 positive in our direction. There's even. extra
00:00:53 --> 00:00:56 research to show if it wasn't successful, what
00:00:56 --> 00:01:00 other things were going on. Obviously, it's hard
00:01:00 --> 00:01:02 to take something like that isolated and not
00:01:02 --> 00:01:05 look at all the other factors going into it.
