experienced child abuse or neglect in the past year in the United States. This
is likely an underestimate because many cases are unreported, according to the
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. For Kari (Fox) Kelley she is
passionate about advocating for awareness and prevention of child abuse and “my
life experience is such that I feel compelled to provide support to adult
survivors.“
