My name is Zoë Thompson, and I am a Master Coach and leadership coaching specialist with over two decades of experience in high-pressure leadership roles. As a former senior police leader, elite athlete, and successful business owner, I now focus on executive coaching and leadership development for established leaders and business owners looking to enhance their impact throughout the UK.
