Gallup found more Americans identified real estate as the best long-term investment compared to other types of assets. Gold jumped in popularity this year with 26% of respondents identifying it as the best long-term investment, up from 15% in 2022. Just 4% voted for crypto, down from 8% in 2022. Mike
began his career working in operations for a non-profit while doing real estate
on the side. From becoming a landlord in 2010, to purchasing a short-sale, to
flipping an investment property, and updating his personal properties, Mike had
a vast background in real estate before coming into the industry full-time in
2014.
Mike joined a real estate team in the Twin Cities, MN, and in 6 years as COO,
he helped grow the team to 50+ agents operating in 5 states and closing a total
of 619 transactions, with the designation of being named the 31st largest team
in the United States (including all brokerages) in 2019.
Mike then launched his own team in Minnesota and quickly migrated the real
estate team to primarily working with investors to help them build wealth
through real estate. In the spring of 2022, his team expanded to Fort
Myers/Cape Coral/Naples area of Florida. This investor-focused team specializes
in helping investors find amazing investment properties in Minnesota and
Florida.
In an effort to provide more investing opportunities to investors including
passive opportunities, Mike founded Elite Advantage Properties in 2022.
Mike also runs the REL Freedom podcast (stands for Real Estate Leveraged
Freedom), helping people build wealth and gain time and financial freedom
through opportunities in real estate, and has published over 125 episodes!
He also serves as a consultant to real estate teams across the United States
looking to build, grow, and enhance their systems. Outside of work, you can
find Mike watching or playing sports with his beautiful wife and 3 sons in the
