00:00:19 --> 00:00:23 energy, and empowered self -care. Now, here's
00:00:23 --> 00:00:32 your host, Ida Finelli. Today's guest is Michael
00:00:32 --> 00:00:35 Upstone, author of the Frequency Healing Book
00:00:35 --> 00:00:38 series, founder of Keep Health and president
00:00:38 --> 00:00:43 of Keep. Health Research since May 2022. Built
00:00:43 --> 00:00:46 around years of deep research, product knowledge,
00:00:46 --> 00:00:50 and sector expertise, KEEP Health is an Austrian
00:00:50 --> 00:00:54 non -profit organization dedicated to selecting,
00:00:54 --> 00:00:56 researching, and supporting educational initiatives
00:00:56 --> 00:01:02 in bioenergy and neuroadaptive technologies for
00:01:02 --> 00:01:05 practitioners, spa clinicians, and home users
00:01:05 --> 00:01:09 alike. Michael brings over 18 years of independent
00:01:09 --> 00:01:13 hands -on experience evaluating frequency -based
00:01:13 --> 00:01:17 modalities. His extensive background spans Russian
00:01:17 --> 00:01:19 space medicine -derived technologies, as well
00:01:19 --> 00:01:23 as soft lasers, hydrogen therapy, bioenergetic
00:01:23 --> 00:01:26 blankets, and brain training systems. Drawing
00:01:26 --> 00:01:29 from a diverse background in corporate systems
00:01:29 --> 00:01:33 consulting, digital imaging, and military office
00:01:33 --> 00:01:37 training, Michael applies a uniquely rigorous
00:01:37 --> 00:01:40 and analytical framework to bioenergetic wellness.
00:01:41 --> 00:01:45 Through Keep Health and his three books, he cuts
00:01:45 --> 00:01:48 through industry hype to deliver grounded practical
00:01:48 --> 00:01:51 insights. He explores how to navigate common
00:01:51 --> 00:01:55 pitfalls like signal tolerance and overstimulation
00:01:55 --> 00:01:59 while offering clear guidance on proper dosing,
00:01:59 --> 00:02:02 stacking modalities, and understanding how stress
00:02:02 --> 00:02:05 management and emotional well -being support
00:02:05 --> 00:02:08 non -invasive cosmetic rejuvenation and skin
00:02:08 --> 00:02:12 vitality. Whether you are completely new to frequency
00:02:12 --> 00:02:14 technologies or an experienced practitioner,
00:02:15 --> 00:02:18 Michael's work offers a straightforward educational
00:02:18 --> 00:02:22 approach combining frequency principles with
00:02:22 --> 00:02:25 holistic wellness. Michael, welcome to the show.
00:02:25 --> 00:02:27 Thank you very much indeed for having me. It's
00:02:27 --> 00:02:30 a pleasure to be here. Okay, before we get started,
00:02:30 --> 00:02:33 I'll say this interview and the technologies
00:02:33 --> 00:02:36 discussed are intended strictly for educational...
00:02:36 --> 00:02:39 and informational purposes to discuss wellness
00:02:39 --> 00:02:42 tools they are not intended to diagnose treat
00:02:42 --> 00:02:45 cure or prevent any medical condition or disease
00:02:45 --> 00:02:48 nor do they replace professional medical advice
00:02:48 --> 00:02:51 statements regarding non -invasive frequency
00:02:51 --> 00:02:54 modalities have not been evaluated by health
00:02:54 --> 00:02:57 canada michael you founded keep health and you
00:02:57 --> 00:03:00 took on the presidency in may 2022 to build an
00:03:00 --> 00:03:03 organization around your extensive research and
00:03:03 --> 00:03:07 sector knowledge When were you first introduced
00:03:07 --> 00:03:10 to bioadaptive technology and how did your personal
00:03:10 --> 00:03:14 results inspire you to establish key health research
00:03:14 --> 00:03:19 to bring this education to others? 18 years ago,
00:03:19 --> 00:03:22 when I met a businessman who really, we had a
00:03:22 --> 00:03:25 very strange conversation. It was covering a
00:03:25 --> 00:03:28 number of topics such as Rife and Reich and Tesla.
00:03:28 --> 00:03:31 Because I'd already looked at those areas, I
00:03:31 --> 00:03:33 was immediately interested. But then he related
00:03:33 --> 00:03:36 a story as to... him being literally bent double
00:03:36 --> 00:03:39 with back pain the previous week. This was in
00:03:39 --> 00:03:42 his office with his secretary there. And how
00:03:42 --> 00:03:45 he'd had to get his secretary to drive him to
00:03:45 --> 00:03:48 see a therapist in the UK. He explained how he
00:03:48 --> 00:03:51 had his arm brushed with one of these technologies.
00:03:51 --> 00:03:54 That's a very strange sounding concept, but it's
00:03:54 --> 00:03:57 detecting nerve inflammation which gets reflected
00:03:57 --> 00:04:01 around the body. And how he'd had this amazing
00:04:01 --> 00:04:04 result. Yeah, his secretary butted in and said,
00:04:04 --> 00:04:07 yes, it was about eight minutes. She almost cried
00:04:07 --> 00:04:09 with laughter, remembering this look of complete
00:04:09 --> 00:04:13 astonishment on her boss's face. When after these
00:04:13 --> 00:04:16 eight minutes, the therapist said, OK, you can
00:04:16 --> 00:04:20 straighten up now. And he did. So that was my
00:04:20 --> 00:04:22 introduction to the therapies. And then I was
00:04:22 --> 00:04:24 so intrigued, I decided to visit the therapist
00:04:24 --> 00:04:27 and experience them for myself. I got a quick
00:04:27 --> 00:04:29 sort of neck and shoulder massage, which is very
00:04:29 --> 00:04:32 good for stress relief. But then I noticed the
00:04:32 --> 00:04:34 next day as I was walking to meet this guy for
00:04:34 --> 00:04:36 coffee, he used to have a digital watch in those
00:04:36 --> 00:04:38 days. And I could clearly see the difference
00:04:38 --> 00:04:41 between a one and a seven for the first time
00:04:41 --> 00:04:44 in a few years. So that told me that something
00:04:44 --> 00:04:47 had worked here. And I decided to get a device
00:04:47 --> 00:04:50 to get the training. And then since then, I just
00:04:50 --> 00:04:53 started to treat people for free and for donations.
00:04:54 --> 00:04:57 But over the years, I've made more and more contacts
00:04:57 --> 00:05:00 in this area and come across more and more outstanding
00:05:00 --> 00:05:04 devices through those outstanding contacts. So
00:05:04 --> 00:05:07 that really led me on this path of learning more
00:05:07 --> 00:05:10 and more about these technologies, moving from
00:05:10 --> 00:05:13 what we would call energy healing, which I would
00:05:13 --> 00:05:17 describe as being a very fast repair with side
00:05:17 --> 00:05:20 effect benefits on inflammation and pain and
00:05:20 --> 00:05:23 things like that, through to what we would call
00:05:23 --> 00:05:26 regenerative technologies, which actually undo
00:05:26 --> 00:05:30 illnesses, injuries, and even emotional traumas
00:05:30 --> 00:05:33 as if they never happened in the first place.
00:05:33 --> 00:05:36 So in practical terms, that means the undoing
00:05:36 --> 00:05:39 of scars, which energy healing would leave as
00:05:39 --> 00:05:42 a byproduct of that treatment. So an incomplete
00:05:42 --> 00:05:45 result effectively. Michael, while you aren't
00:05:45 --> 00:05:48 a traditional medical doctor, your life's work
00:05:48 --> 00:05:51 and 18 plus years of research have clearly led
00:05:51 --> 00:05:54 you down this path. Beyond formal degrees, what
00:05:54 --> 00:05:57 other forms of education, mentorship, or self
00:05:57 --> 00:06:00 -directed study have shaped your expertise in
00:06:00 --> 00:06:03 bioenergetics? think it's that first step was
00:06:03 --> 00:06:06 absolutely critical understanding one modality
00:06:06 --> 00:06:08 its features and limitations how to dose with
00:06:08 --> 00:06:11 it those technologies were extended as years
00:06:11 --> 00:06:14 went by and they became very highly automated
00:06:14 --> 00:06:17 using biofeedback and that makes them particularly
00:06:17 --> 00:06:21 accurate and very easy to use from a therapist's
00:06:21 --> 00:06:23 point of view. And one thing I learned there
00:06:23 --> 00:06:26 is the tremendous variability of the human body.
00:06:26 --> 00:06:30 So a key principle is everybody's body is different.
00:06:30 --> 00:06:33 But more than that, everybody's body is different
00:06:33 --> 00:06:36 every day. And then I went into other technologies
00:06:36 --> 00:06:39 such as soft lasers. And what I found was their
00:06:39 --> 00:06:42 specific techniques need to be used with them
00:06:42 --> 00:06:45 because otherwise you can over -treat. And if
00:06:45 --> 00:06:48 you over -treat, then first of all, you're stepping
00:06:48 --> 00:06:50 into something called the biphasic switch response,
00:06:50 --> 00:06:54 which is that first of all, over -treatment results
00:06:54 --> 00:06:57 in undoing all of the benefits of the treatment.
00:06:57 --> 00:06:59 But if you carry on because you haven't noticed
00:06:59 --> 00:07:02 this, then it actually ends up then with oxidative
00:07:02 --> 00:07:08 stress, damage to cell biology and DNA. So, effectively,
00:07:08 --> 00:07:10 I had two technologies with two completely different
00:07:10 --> 00:07:13 rules. One was you can use it as much as you
00:07:13 --> 00:07:15 want, whenever you want, wherever you want, because
00:07:15 --> 00:07:18 it's automated. And the other one was, effectively,
00:07:18 --> 00:07:21 you need to dose it perfectly for that individual,
00:07:21 --> 00:07:25 or you need to be precautionary and use less
00:07:25 --> 00:07:27 is more as a principle to avoid that problem.
00:07:28 --> 00:07:30 When my daughter was teething, it would take
00:07:30 --> 00:07:33 about 10 seconds to turn off her pain with a
00:07:33 --> 00:07:36 soft laser. When she was two, she got stung on
00:07:36 --> 00:07:39 the finger by a hornet, and that took about 10
00:07:39 --> 00:07:42 minutes. And of course, then I think about how
00:07:42 --> 00:07:44 the device works, and I don't want to do too
00:07:44 --> 00:07:47 much with it in a situation where there's no
00:07:47 --> 00:07:49 pain. So then I need to be very precautionary
00:07:49 --> 00:07:52 and underuse it. But if we think about those
00:07:52 --> 00:07:56 device parameters, I really wouldn't want a device
00:07:56 --> 00:07:59 any more powerful than that, because that would
00:07:59 --> 00:08:02 mean... I'm now to judge a relaxation response
00:08:02 --> 00:08:06 effectively in 5 seconds instead of 10 seconds,
00:08:06 --> 00:08:10 and that might be too short. Conversely, I don't
00:08:10 --> 00:08:13 want a device that is half as powerful because
00:08:13 --> 00:08:15 that may mean that that 10 -minute treatment
00:08:15 --> 00:08:17 for a hornet sting could take 20 minutes or a
00:08:17 --> 00:08:21 headache could take 20 minutes or more. But as
00:08:21 --> 00:08:23 I went on, I was learning about these modalities,
00:08:23 --> 00:08:26 first of all, and working with some very, very
00:08:26 --> 00:08:28 experienced people with respect to the various
00:08:28 --> 00:08:31 pros and cons of these technologies. Then I got
00:08:31 --> 00:08:35 involved in actually creating a curriculum for
00:08:35 --> 00:08:38 training therapists and getting the feedback
00:08:38 --> 00:08:41 from other therapists on that curriculum. And
00:08:41 --> 00:08:45 then more recently, I've been... very involved
00:08:45 --> 00:08:48 in actually looking at the research and critiquing
00:08:48 --> 00:08:51 that. I was intrigued by this thing of why aren't
00:08:51 --> 00:08:55 more elite sports clubs using these technologies?
00:08:55 --> 00:08:58 And what I then did was to look at the studies
00:08:58 --> 00:09:01 now and finding very variable results from these
00:09:01 --> 00:09:04 things. So they do a shuttle relay, a sprint,
00:09:04 --> 00:09:07 and the results 0 .8 % improvement. That's not
00:09:07 --> 00:09:10 very much. And then another one was 3 .8 % from
00:09:10 --> 00:09:14 another study. That's really starting to get
00:09:14 --> 00:09:17 quite significant. But what I found underpinning
00:09:17 --> 00:09:21 those studies was that one of the key principles
00:09:21 --> 00:09:23 that we work with and key biological principles
00:09:23 --> 00:09:26 had been breached in those studies, thousands
00:09:26 --> 00:09:30 of them, for sports performance evaluation, and
00:09:30 --> 00:09:32 they'd just used standardised parameters for
00:09:32 --> 00:09:35 treatment with things like frequency -specific
00:09:35 --> 00:09:39 microcurrent for lasers and for PEMF and other
00:09:39 --> 00:09:43 areas. And that immediately leads me to the conclusion
00:09:43 --> 00:09:46 that that explains why the results are variable
00:09:46 --> 00:09:49 and why the top sports clubs haven't really adopted
00:09:49 --> 00:09:52 these things, because they don't work very well
00:09:52 --> 00:09:54 when you're working with individuals and you're
00:09:54 --> 00:09:57 standardising these things. So the knowledge
00:09:57 --> 00:10:01 has been a foundation of training. exchange with
00:10:01 --> 00:10:03 other therapists, having to think about things
00:10:03 --> 00:10:06 deeply, and then also going into the existing
00:10:06 --> 00:10:09 research as well. Keep Health places a strong
00:10:09 --> 00:10:12 emphasis on research and education. Did your
00:10:12 --> 00:10:15 organisation develop all of the technologies
00:10:15 --> 00:10:18 and modalities, or do you curate and select third
00:10:18 --> 00:10:22 -party innovations as well? We only deal with
00:10:22 --> 00:10:25 third -party. innovations and evaluating them
00:10:25 --> 00:10:29 from both a theoretical and a practical point
00:10:29 --> 00:10:31 of view. The major one that we deal with and
00:10:31 --> 00:10:34 the starting point were devices from the Russian
00:10:34 --> 00:10:38 Space Medicine Programme because in the 1980s
00:10:38 --> 00:10:41 the Russians really concluded that you couldn't
00:10:41 --> 00:10:44 take pills and potions in space because Big,
00:10:44 --> 00:10:47 heavy, spacious items when it comes to space
00:10:47 --> 00:10:50 then equates to phenomenal amounts of money.
00:10:50 --> 00:10:53 So their solution was to put over 1 of their
00:10:53 --> 00:10:56 top biophysicists, scientists, doctors, and engineers
00:10:56 --> 00:11:00 into a top -secret program for 10 years to develop
00:11:00 --> 00:11:03 technology specifically for application in space.
00:11:03 --> 00:11:06 So in modern terms, that's the equivalent of
00:11:06 --> 00:11:10 not just 10 elite man -years of research
00:11:10 --> 00:11:14 and development, and fifty years of ongoing development
00:11:14 --> 00:11:18 ever since but at least five billion u s dollars
00:11:18 --> 00:11:22 in our today's terms that was a very very solid
00:11:22 --> 00:11:25 place to start off with with respect to things
00:11:25 --> 00:11:28 that were evaluated tested developed specially
00:11:28 --> 00:11:33 as well our bodies are inherently bioelectrical
00:11:33 --> 00:11:37 many ionic reactions create charges much like
00:11:37 --> 00:11:40 a battery. Would you compare your adaptive devices
00:11:40 --> 00:11:44 to recharging that cellular battery? And for
00:11:44 --> 00:11:46 skeptics who thinks rapid physical or aesthetic
00:11:46 --> 00:11:49 changes sound too good to be true, what is actually
00:11:49 --> 00:11:52 happening at the cellular level? The initial
00:11:52 --> 00:11:56 devices were repolarising cell membranes, and
00:11:56 --> 00:11:59 there's a decent chunk of research into this,
00:11:59 --> 00:12:02 which is that the cell needs to have a differential
00:12:02 --> 00:12:05 charge on the outside versus the inside, and
00:12:05 --> 00:12:08 it needs sufficient energy to draw in nutrients
00:12:08 --> 00:12:11 and oxygen, perform its biological respiratory
00:12:11 --> 00:12:15 functions, and then dispose of the toxic by -products.
00:12:15 --> 00:12:17 But there are other elements as well, including
00:12:17 --> 00:12:20 the... intracellular charge and the the nervous
00:12:20 --> 00:12:23 system itself this is quite well researched we've
00:12:23 --> 00:12:27 got over 300 000 studies available through links
00:12:27 --> 00:12:30 on our website covering various modalities in
00:12:30 --> 00:12:33 this area and in fact it's not just about electricity
00:12:33 --> 00:12:35 which of course the body uses within the nervous
00:12:35 --> 00:12:39 system for transference of energy and information
00:12:39 --> 00:12:42 as well but that connects to the chemical and
00:12:42 --> 00:12:46 hormonal system also directly through neuromediators
00:12:47 --> 00:12:50 And that links to peptide release, which is the
00:12:50 --> 00:12:53 body's natural healing pharmacy. And in fact,
00:12:53 --> 00:12:56 also the cells release light as well. This was
00:12:56 --> 00:13:00 shown by Fritz Albert Popp in, I think, 1974,
00:13:00 --> 00:13:05 that the DNA actually produces biophotons within
00:13:05 --> 00:13:08 the body. And this gets transferred around the
00:13:08 --> 00:13:10 body as if there is nothing in the way of that
00:13:10 --> 00:13:15 transference. So there are quite a number of
00:13:15 --> 00:13:19 biological processes that are... absolutely reliant
00:13:19 --> 00:13:22 on energy, of course, and information, which
00:13:22 --> 00:13:25 is the structuring of that energy within the
00:13:25 --> 00:13:26 body. And there are a lot of studies backing
00:13:26 --> 00:13:30 this up as well. Would it be accurate to describe
00:13:30 --> 00:13:33 your devices as advanced biofeedback tools where
00:13:33 --> 00:13:35 the device and the central nervous system are
00:13:35 --> 00:13:38 in a continuous real -time electrical dialogue?
00:13:39 --> 00:13:42 So unlike the TENS machine, which is quite widely
00:13:42 --> 00:13:46 used in physiotherapy for switching off pain
00:13:46 --> 00:13:49 through microcurrent, the Russians adopted a
00:13:49 --> 00:13:52 different approach, which was using very specific
00:13:52 --> 00:13:55 frequencies that the body itself used for its
00:13:55 --> 00:13:58 own communications and energy systems. they had
00:13:58 --> 00:14:01 a little biofeedback adapter put onto this which
00:14:01 --> 00:14:04 effectively modified the signals which were damped
00:14:04 --> 00:14:07 by the skin to make this the signals going into
00:14:07 --> 00:14:11 the body look like pain signals so the body then
00:14:11 --> 00:14:14 perceived a strong pain signal and that stimulated
00:14:14 --> 00:14:18 a number of responses so it recognized the energy
00:14:18 --> 00:14:20 that was being applied to the body it could distribute
00:14:20 --> 00:14:24 it That improved the coherence or the communications
00:14:24 --> 00:14:27 of the body. And a byproduct was the production
00:14:27 --> 00:14:30 of neuropeptides. And in fact, they went through
00:14:30 --> 00:14:33 a modification process of this. So in essence,
00:14:33 --> 00:14:35 this is like a music teacher saying, play this
00:14:35 --> 00:14:39 note. No, that's not the response I expected.
00:14:40 --> 00:14:44 Play this note again. That's right. Now play
00:14:44 --> 00:14:46 this note. And in fact, taking it through stages
00:14:46 --> 00:14:51 of then, well, play those notes. together and
00:14:51 --> 00:14:53 played them more quickly and then eventually
00:14:53 --> 00:14:56 because we've got even in the second generation
00:14:56 --> 00:15:00 of the Russian technologies not one but 46 simultaneous
00:15:00 --> 00:15:03 biofeedback loops that's much more like tuning
00:15:03 --> 00:15:06 up a whole orchestra and working with the central
00:15:06 --> 00:15:11 nervous system itself so this is where the biofeedback
00:15:11 --> 00:15:14 has been developed over this 50 year period into
00:15:14 --> 00:15:17 something much more complex and much more sophisticated
00:15:17 --> 00:15:21 so effectively tuning up the harmonics and the
00:15:21 --> 00:15:24 speed of the reactions by the body not just providing
00:15:24 --> 00:15:27 energy which the body can use for its own purposes
00:15:28 --> 00:15:30 And now we'll take time for a commercial break.
00:15:31 --> 00:15:34 Welcome back. Yeah, and peptides, the reason
00:15:34 --> 00:15:37 they work is because they're not as large as
00:15:37 --> 00:15:40 the proteins, right? There's not as many molecules
00:15:40 --> 00:15:43 in them. Yeah, it's a chain of chemicals that
00:15:43 --> 00:15:45 stimulate all sorts of healing effects in the
00:15:45 --> 00:15:48 body. So they have impacts on pain, on inflammation,
00:15:48 --> 00:15:51 accelerated healing effects, also skin effects
00:15:51 --> 00:15:53 and things like that, because this is related
00:15:53 --> 00:15:57 then to various cosmetic effects on the body.
00:15:57 --> 00:16:00 And they have prolonged and distant effects within
00:16:00 --> 00:16:02 the body as well. So the stimulation of these
00:16:02 --> 00:16:06 neuropeptides then goes on for hours after each
00:16:06 --> 00:16:09 treatment. Some people wonder why an energy device
00:16:09 --> 00:16:12 requires direct physical contact. Could you explain
00:16:12 --> 00:16:15 the role of skin conductivity and neuroimpedance
00:16:15 --> 00:16:18 feedback, why bare skin contact is necessary
00:16:18 --> 00:16:21 for the device to talk to the central nervous
00:16:21 --> 00:16:23 system, even though it is delivering energetic
00:16:23 --> 00:16:27 information? Well, we need to sort of differentiate
00:16:27 --> 00:16:31 here between there are 80 different modalities
00:16:31 --> 00:16:33 in nine different sectors that I cover in my
00:16:33 --> 00:16:36 books. When it comes to the electrical devices,
00:16:37 --> 00:16:40 there are some devices which operate more at
00:16:40 --> 00:16:44 a distance. And what we found with the electrical
00:16:44 --> 00:16:46 adaptive stimulators is that the more distance
00:16:46 --> 00:16:48 you get, the more you're relying on transmission,
00:16:48 --> 00:16:50 the more there's the potential for interference
00:16:50 --> 00:16:53 from Wi -Fi, your mobile phone, things like that
00:16:53 --> 00:16:57 as well. So this then sort of makes a case for
00:16:57 --> 00:17:00 proximity. producing faster and more accurate
00:17:00 --> 00:17:03 results we also get fast and accurate results
00:17:03 --> 00:17:06 when we're using soft lasers which of course
00:17:06 --> 00:17:09 using light instead of electrical energy but
00:17:09 --> 00:17:13 generally those principles of proximity equates
00:17:13 --> 00:17:17 to more power which is not always a desirable
00:17:17 --> 00:17:19 thing because there's a definite biological window
00:17:19 --> 00:17:22 for the amount of energy that is most helpful
00:17:22 --> 00:17:25 for the body, and that also equates to faster
00:17:25 --> 00:17:28 results when we're using the right structure
00:17:28 --> 00:17:31 of the energy, the right frequencies, etc. So
00:17:31 --> 00:17:34 there are numbers of different ways that we can
00:17:34 --> 00:17:36 sort of approach this, and it quickly becomes
00:17:36 --> 00:17:39 quite complicated, but those general principles
00:17:39 --> 00:17:43 definitely apply in most cases. As you mentioned,
00:17:43 --> 00:17:46 unlike static TENS devices, which the body eventually
00:17:46 --> 00:17:49 ignores through frequency accommodation, or what
00:17:49 --> 00:17:53 we might call signal tolerance, Keep Health Technologies
00:17:53 --> 00:17:56 uses real -time adaptive signals. Yeah, pain,
00:17:56 --> 00:17:59 it's very useful when it comes to things like
00:17:59 --> 00:18:02 soft lasers, for example, because the elimination
00:18:02 --> 00:18:04 of the pain really then tells us that our treatment
00:18:04 --> 00:18:07 is optimal and now's the time to stop. The pain
00:18:07 --> 00:18:10 signalling aspect of it is relatively important.
00:18:11 --> 00:18:13 Could you explain what frequency accommodation
00:18:13 --> 00:18:16 actually is and how your algorithms prevent it
00:18:16 --> 00:18:19 and how your approach honors pain as a helpful
00:18:19 --> 00:18:22 signal rather than just shutting it off? So the
00:18:22 --> 00:18:25 byproducts of things like SCANAR in terms of
00:18:25 --> 00:18:28 pain relief are actually the results of rapid
00:18:28 --> 00:18:31 healing effects. So this is very important to
00:18:31 --> 00:18:34 bear in mind that switching off pain is not a
00:18:34 --> 00:18:37 good idea. We see it repeatedly with athletes
00:18:37 --> 00:18:41 and servicemen and people like that they are
00:18:41 --> 00:18:44 conditioned to push through pain and if we're
00:18:44 --> 00:18:47 not very careful we will actually exacerbate
00:18:47 --> 00:18:49 the injury because that's what it's there for
00:18:49 --> 00:18:51 it's to tell us you know that's enough we're
00:18:51 --> 00:18:55 causing damage now so when it comes to tolerance
00:18:55 --> 00:18:58 the best way i describe it is this we are definitely
00:18:58 --> 00:19:02 energetic creatures and there are millions at
00:19:02 --> 00:19:06 least of frequencies that the human body uses
00:19:07 --> 00:19:09 which are biological harmonics so there are some
00:19:09 --> 00:19:11 frequencies that work with the body and support
00:19:11 --> 00:19:14 the body and there are some that don't because
00:19:14 --> 00:19:17 frequencies are not agnostic they're either natural
00:19:17 --> 00:19:21 and harmonic or they're not but when we look
00:19:21 --> 00:19:24 at tolerance i would say it's very much like
00:19:24 --> 00:19:27 so variety is the spice of life and if we keep
00:19:27 --> 00:19:31 applying the same frequency approaches in the
00:19:31 --> 00:19:35 same way to the same place for example then very
00:19:35 --> 00:19:37 quickly the body can turn off to that so this
00:19:37 --> 00:19:40 is where the the russian devices having adaptation
00:19:40 --> 00:19:46 built into them as well as now incredibly broad
00:19:46 --> 00:19:50 spectrums of our harmonics and also very sophisticated
00:19:50 --> 00:19:54 by a feedback so much so that they have to be
00:19:54 --> 00:19:57 built in a satellite factory they're incredibly
00:19:57 --> 00:20:01 delicate incredibly highly tuned and Even then,
00:20:01 --> 00:20:04 having spoken to the developer, he says that
00:20:04 --> 00:20:07 most of them don't pass the quality tests that
00:20:07 --> 00:20:10 they have. They end up disassembled and the parts
00:20:10 --> 00:20:13 are used for less critical applications. So these
00:20:13 --> 00:20:17 are incredibly highly tuned, incredibly sophisticated
00:20:17 --> 00:20:19 devices. And one of the principles that they
00:20:19 --> 00:20:22 use is to actually let the body decide what it
00:20:22 --> 00:20:25 wants. And you can see these devices working
00:20:25 --> 00:20:28 in terms of delivering up to four different programs
00:20:28 --> 00:20:32 at the same time. And the body changing, not
00:20:32 --> 00:20:34 just its percentage of each program that it's
00:20:34 --> 00:20:37 getting, but also the amount of energy during
00:20:37 --> 00:20:40 each treatment before it comes up with this confirmation
00:20:40 --> 00:20:43 signal that's made an adaptive reaction with
00:20:43 --> 00:20:46 that body at that time. I watched a video of
00:20:46 --> 00:20:48 you treating people and I saw that you were using
00:20:48 --> 00:20:50 acupuncture points for some of the treatments.
00:20:51 --> 00:20:54 Yes, that's right. This could kind of relate
00:20:54 --> 00:20:58 to the way it does help emotional and physical
00:20:58 --> 00:21:00 because acupuncture points do represent emotional
00:21:00 --> 00:21:04 and physical traits. These devices work mind,
00:21:04 --> 00:21:06 body and spirit because everything is connected.
00:21:07 --> 00:21:10 And that's a really very, very important and
00:21:10 --> 00:21:12 powerful thing because a lot of people are very
00:21:12 --> 00:21:15 much focused on the emotional side of things.
00:21:15 --> 00:21:18 And some believe, and I think with good justification
00:21:18 --> 00:21:21 in some cases, that emotional trauma can cause
00:21:21 --> 00:21:24 illnesses. But they then extrapolate that as,
00:21:24 --> 00:21:26 well, you've got to deal with your emotional
00:21:26 --> 00:21:28 issues first before you get well. Now, the beauty
00:21:28 --> 00:21:31 of these devices is they don't care. what you
00:21:31 --> 00:21:34 think they just have this energetic conversation
00:21:34 --> 00:21:36 with the body and then that can have really quite
00:21:36 --> 00:21:40 profound impacts on emotional traumas as well
00:21:40 --> 00:21:43 a major theme in your work is that chronic illness
00:21:43 --> 00:21:46 is often a suspended adaptive response meaning
00:21:46 --> 00:21:49 the body gets stuck mid healing could you explain
00:21:49 --> 00:21:52 what a suspended adaptive response is and how
00:21:52 --> 00:21:54 that understanding changes the way we should
00:21:54 --> 00:21:57 approach chronic conditions with frequency healing
00:21:57 --> 00:22:02 we've all seen world -class athletes ballerinas
00:22:02 --> 00:22:06 gymnasts acrobats people like that performing
00:22:06 --> 00:22:10 quite astonishing feats of balance and they make
00:22:10 --> 00:22:13 it look effortless but if we took that ballerina
00:22:13 --> 00:22:17 standing on her points outside then on most days
00:22:17 --> 00:22:19 there is going to be some kind of a breeze or
00:22:19 --> 00:22:22 a gust of wind and that means that she's not
00:22:22 --> 00:22:25 absolutely still She's being subjected to these
00:22:25 --> 00:22:27 tiny forces all the time, but they're so good
00:22:27 --> 00:22:31 at this that they can detect their point of balance
00:22:31 --> 00:22:35 very, very finely and very accurately and very
00:22:35 --> 00:22:37 quickly when they're moving out of balance. And
00:22:37 --> 00:22:39 they can make very, very tiny, very fine adjustments
00:22:39 --> 00:22:43 requiring very little energy and happening very
00:22:43 --> 00:22:47 quickly where they can return to balance. Whereas
00:22:47 --> 00:22:51 we get the problem with elderly people each year.
00:22:51 --> 00:22:53 losing their balance and some of them end up
00:22:53 --> 00:22:56 in hospital because they weren't able to catch
00:22:56 --> 00:22:59 it in time. It's not just about muscular strength
00:22:59 --> 00:23:01 and muscular reactions, it's about the awareness
00:23:01 --> 00:23:04 of the point of balance and the speed of response
00:23:04 --> 00:23:07 to that. But what we've found through both the
00:23:07 --> 00:23:10 theory and the application of multiple technologies
00:23:10 --> 00:23:14 is that if we treat someone with a chronic illness
00:23:14 --> 00:23:17 in remission, the first thing the body does is
00:23:17 --> 00:23:20 wake up and manifest all the symptoms. So we
00:23:20 --> 00:23:22 need to be careful about this, otherwise we'll
00:23:22 --> 00:23:25 be blamed in this situation. So the general recommendation
00:23:25 --> 00:23:29 is to treat in the acute phase. So what's happening
00:23:29 --> 00:23:33 here is that in remission, the body lacks sufficient
00:23:33 --> 00:23:37 energy and coherence or good communications to
00:23:37 --> 00:23:40 even raise the symptoms. And if we treat in that
00:23:40 --> 00:23:42 phase, the first thing it does is, right, OK,
00:23:42 --> 00:23:46 I want to fight this illness, and it manifests
00:23:46 --> 00:23:49 all those symptoms. Whereas if we treat... In
00:23:49 --> 00:23:51 the acute phase, when the body's already up and
00:23:51 --> 00:23:55 running and fighting, our aim then is to get
00:23:55 --> 00:23:58 the body back to its state of homeostasis or
00:23:58 --> 00:24:00 self -regulation. And typically with a chronic
00:24:00 --> 00:24:02 illness or a degenerative illness, there'll have
00:24:02 --> 00:24:05 been a number of stages beforehand. And what
00:24:05 --> 00:24:08 we see is that those stages tend to get undone
00:24:08 --> 00:24:11 and we go back to the previous symptoms until
00:24:11 --> 00:24:14 we breach this barrier of self -regulation and
00:24:14 --> 00:24:16 then no more treatment's required because...
00:24:17 --> 00:24:19 all the symptoms have gone and they don't come
00:24:19 --> 00:24:23 back. So that's how we deal with chronic illnesses
00:24:23 --> 00:24:26 in this situation. Well, that's a key part energetically.
00:24:26 --> 00:24:29 When we talk about anti -aging and rejuvenation,
00:24:29 --> 00:24:32 people often focus on living longer or looking
00:24:32 --> 00:24:36 younger. Do your bioadaptive protocols aim more
00:24:36 --> 00:24:38 at extending a person's lifespan or at restoring
00:24:38 --> 00:24:41 the vitality and functional quality of their
00:24:41 --> 00:24:44 daily life? Yeah, they're leading to lifespan
00:24:44 --> 00:24:49 increases. due to improving the performance of
00:24:49 --> 00:24:51 the body in terms of its vitality, its functionality,
00:24:52 --> 00:24:54 its ability to renew itself, to return to balance
00:24:54 --> 00:24:58 and things like that. But that's not all that
00:24:58 --> 00:25:01 these technologies do. So we've spoken about
00:25:01 --> 00:25:04 these technologies working mind, body and spirit,
00:25:04 --> 00:25:06 dealing with injuries, illnesses and emotional
00:25:06 --> 00:25:10 traumas, but they're also being credited by Olympic
00:25:10 --> 00:25:13 gold medal. Winning athletes for their performance,
00:25:14 --> 00:25:16 not just dealing with stress, but in terms of
00:25:16 --> 00:25:19 focus, decision making, speed of reactions, things
00:25:19 --> 00:25:22 like that. Also by top business people for their
00:25:22 --> 00:25:25 decision making. Harvard professors did a study
00:25:25 --> 00:25:27 a few years ago talking about brain training,
00:25:27 --> 00:25:31 which is a neurofeedback and its increases in
00:25:31 --> 00:25:33 creativity. They know how to measure that stuff.
00:25:34 --> 00:25:37 World memory champions are using it to improve
00:25:37 --> 00:25:41 their performance as well. So this has very,
00:25:41 --> 00:25:46 very diverse applications. Cosmetology and rejuvenation,
00:25:46 --> 00:25:48 of course, things like that as well. But yeah,
00:25:48 --> 00:25:51 very, very broad applications from these technologies
00:25:51 --> 00:25:54 really impacting virtually every aspect of human
00:25:54 --> 00:25:58 performance and human life. Chemical and metabolic
00:25:58 --> 00:26:01 activity in our cells produces infrared light
00:26:01 --> 00:26:03 and light -based emissions. How does this light
00:26:03 --> 00:26:06 serve as an energetic blueprint for our skin
00:26:06 --> 00:26:09 and tissue, and how do soft lasers influence
00:26:09 --> 00:26:12 the biofield to promote aesthetic renewal and
00:26:12 --> 00:26:15 non -invasive cosmetic rejuvenation? This is
00:26:15 --> 00:26:18 a key energy system in the body, this ability
00:26:18 --> 00:26:21 to produce biophotons and to distribute it as
00:26:21 --> 00:26:25 well. It links into our circadian rhythms, how
00:26:25 --> 00:26:28 we respond to blue light at night and things
00:26:28 --> 00:26:32 like that as well. And it's quite interesting,
00:26:32 --> 00:26:35 actually, that when you start using these technologies,
00:26:36 --> 00:26:39 then you come across eventually a certain situation
00:26:39 --> 00:26:42 where you just have a realisation of how powerful
00:26:42 --> 00:26:45 and important this is. Quite a few years ago
00:26:45 --> 00:26:49 now, probably about 15 years ago, I had been
00:26:49 --> 00:26:51 working with a friend for a few days. It was
00:26:51 --> 00:26:55 quite intensive, long hours. I was sleep deprived.
00:26:55 --> 00:26:58 Then I had to get up early in the morning to
00:26:58 --> 00:27:02 drive back home. And I used one of these devices
00:27:02 --> 00:27:05 and there was quite an amazing experience that
00:27:05 --> 00:27:09 I had from it. So I had a bit of a headache.
00:27:09 --> 00:27:13 I was feeling low energy and a bit lacking in
00:27:13 --> 00:27:17 focus. a bit fuzzy in the brain, and within a
00:27:17 --> 00:27:19 few seconds of applying a device, which was a
00:27:19 --> 00:27:21 scanner in that case, it wasn't like a switch,
00:27:21 --> 00:27:25 a room switch. It was more like a dimmer over
00:27:25 --> 00:27:28 about half a second. Firstly, my eyes had been
00:27:28 --> 00:27:31 dry before, and they were suddenly completely
00:27:31 --> 00:27:34 moist. Secondly, I noticed that my peripheral
00:27:34 --> 00:27:37 vision had been narrow, and now I could really
00:27:37 --> 00:27:40 see out of the corners of my eyes much more clearly.
00:27:40 --> 00:27:43 Everything was clearer. The colours were brighter.
00:27:44 --> 00:27:48 There was better 3D definition in what I was
00:27:48 --> 00:27:50 seeing. All that fogginess of the brain had gone.
00:27:50 --> 00:27:53 I suddenly felt relaxed and alert and focused.
00:27:54 --> 00:27:56 There are other effects as well with respect
00:27:56 --> 00:27:59 to hearing. What happens when we have problems
00:27:59 --> 00:28:01 with hearing loss is the noises tend to get compressed
00:28:01 --> 00:28:04 together. And with good hearing, actually we
00:28:04 --> 00:28:07 get good separation between the various sounds.
00:28:07 --> 00:28:09 So there are all sorts of strange effects when
00:28:09 --> 00:28:13 it comes to how energy works with the body. And
00:28:13 --> 00:28:16 of course, light is a key system here. We can
00:28:16 --> 00:28:18 work with the biofield as well at some distance
00:28:18 --> 00:28:20 from the skin, or we can work directly with the
00:28:20 --> 00:28:23 skin. I prefer generally devices that just work
00:28:23 --> 00:28:26 as close with the body as possible to stimulate
00:28:26 --> 00:28:29 all of these effects. How are trapped emotional
00:28:29 --> 00:28:32 trauma and stress connected to facial tension,
00:28:32 --> 00:28:36 skin tone and aging? So if we're doing a cosmetology
00:28:36 --> 00:28:39 procedure, we're also dealing with stress in
00:28:39 --> 00:28:42 that individual. There's a little massage technique
00:28:42 --> 00:28:45 we can do in these muscles around the shoulders
00:28:45 --> 00:28:48 and the neck. It's also stimulating the vagus
00:28:48 --> 00:28:51 nerve. But with the right impulses, then typically
00:28:51 --> 00:28:53 after a few seconds, those muscles will unlock.
00:28:54 --> 00:28:56 And then they'll go through a process of relaxing
00:28:56 --> 00:28:58 and tensing. If we do it in the right way, it's
00:28:58 --> 00:29:01 like a very gentle massage actually. And all
00:29:01 --> 00:29:04 the stress can lift immediately. Now, coming
00:29:04 --> 00:29:07 at this from another angle. using the brain training
00:29:07 --> 00:29:10 and neurofeedback. What I've also noticed then
00:29:10 --> 00:29:13 is that immediately after a 12 -minute application
00:29:13 --> 00:29:17 of those technologies, people's eyes are shining,
00:29:17 --> 00:29:19 they're brighter, they're clearer. And this is
00:29:19 --> 00:29:21 another sort of classic energy effect, which
00:29:21 --> 00:29:25 is that when you see people who have had very
00:29:25 --> 00:29:27 very little sleep their eyes become milky and
00:29:27 --> 00:29:31 cloudy and they lose focus so this brightness
00:29:31 --> 00:29:34 and sharpness and sparkle comes back to the eyes
00:29:34 --> 00:29:37 very very quickly with these technologies as
00:29:37 --> 00:29:40 well there's another thing that we can do which
00:29:40 --> 00:29:42 is brushing the skin of someone who around the
00:29:42 --> 00:29:44 face and the neck and shoulders in particular
00:29:44 --> 00:29:47 of someone who's had a trauma within the last
00:29:47 --> 00:29:50 three months and when we do that we get another
00:29:50 --> 00:29:52 very strange effect. There's lots of strange
00:29:52 --> 00:29:56 stuff in this world of frequency healing where
00:29:56 --> 00:29:59 the skin will actually exude a black residue.
00:30:00 --> 00:30:03 And it's like someone who dusted their hands
00:30:03 --> 00:30:06 in some soot, almost, and just applied it to
00:30:06 --> 00:30:10 their face. The hypothesis here is that when
00:30:10 --> 00:30:13 those cells are under great stress, they lock
00:30:13 --> 00:30:16 in chemicals and toxins as a result of that process.
00:30:16 --> 00:30:20 So we can also get rid of them. extremely efficiently
00:30:20 --> 00:30:23 and quickly as well so our intention then is
00:30:23 --> 00:30:26 when we start to put these things together we
00:30:26 --> 00:30:28 can get even better even faster responses and
00:30:28 --> 00:30:32 this is back to this principle of also using
00:30:32 --> 00:30:36 different modalities with people so this is then
00:30:36 --> 00:30:40 a really powerful combination it's a dynamic
00:30:40 --> 00:30:44 combination in that kind of situation where in
00:30:44 --> 00:30:46 terms of wrinkles let me just deal with that
00:30:46 --> 00:30:50 quickly i trained a lady in cosmetology in the
00:30:50 --> 00:30:54 uk a therapist in this a few years ago and i'm
00:30:54 --> 00:30:57 kicking myself because i never expected to be
00:30:57 --> 00:31:00 in this position actually of running keep health
00:31:00 --> 00:31:02 and i didn't always record things and it would
00:31:02 --> 00:31:05 have been such a blessing to record things now
00:31:05 --> 00:31:08 to be fair we need to again bring nuance in here
00:31:08 --> 00:31:10 because we got you know variability of results
00:31:10 --> 00:31:14 but this lady i think had quite thin skin so
00:31:14 --> 00:31:18 she had quite a lot of wrinkles And I'm just
00:31:18 --> 00:31:20 hypothesizing that that's why we got such a dramatic
00:31:20 --> 00:31:23 result. But basically what we do with the cosmetology
00:31:23 --> 00:31:26 is we apply the electrical adaptive stimulators.
00:31:26 --> 00:31:30 We can apply soft lasers as well. This is quite
00:31:30 --> 00:31:33 common in cosmetology is microcurrent plus laser.
00:31:33 --> 00:31:36 We can add other things to it as well. And we
00:31:36 --> 00:31:39 treat one side of the face first of all. And
00:31:39 --> 00:31:41 that took about 25 minutes. And then you say,
00:31:41 --> 00:31:42 would you like to have a look in the mirror?
00:31:43 --> 00:31:46 And she looked in the mirror. she couldn't believe
00:31:46 --> 00:31:49 what she saw and she said my goodness that the
00:31:49 --> 00:31:51 wrinkles on this side of my face are half as
00:31:51 --> 00:31:54 much or less than half as the wrinkles on the
00:31:54 --> 00:31:56 other side of the face so and then of course
00:31:56 --> 00:31:58 she followed up with you better treat the other
00:31:58 --> 00:32:02 half of my face as well so that's how well this
00:32:02 --> 00:32:05 kind of stuff can work but we can combine various
00:32:05 --> 00:32:08 approaches in that situation and when it comes
00:32:08 --> 00:32:10 to traumas what tends to happen is that they
00:32:11 --> 00:32:14 tend to just pop to the surface. Now you can,
00:32:14 --> 00:32:18 depending on the device you use, have quite short
00:32:18 --> 00:32:21 -term, sharp, powerful effects. It's like those
00:32:21 --> 00:32:25 people being back in that situation, like PTSD,
00:32:25 --> 00:32:27 a flashback kind of thing. But the technologies
00:32:27 --> 00:32:30 that I tend to specialize in usually seem to
00:32:30 --> 00:32:34 be smoother than that. So what would tend to
00:32:34 --> 00:32:36 happen would be that those memories come back.
00:32:37 --> 00:32:41 but without the original power of the emotional
00:32:41 --> 00:32:44 connection to the accident or the trauma or whatever.
00:32:44 --> 00:32:46 And it's like they're coming back to come into
00:32:46 --> 00:32:48 the consciousness to be processed and then to
00:32:48 --> 00:32:51 be let go of. That's how that side of things
00:32:51 --> 00:32:54 works. And now we'll take time for a commercial
00:32:54 --> 00:32:59 break. Welcome back. You developed these protocols
00:32:59 --> 00:33:03 with partner organizations and Keep Health highlights
00:33:03 --> 00:33:06 specialized modalities like the Cinderella Beauty
00:33:06 --> 00:33:09 Protocol, which is a non -surgical facelift and
00:33:09 --> 00:33:12 offers non -surgical breast lifting, which utilizes
00:33:12 --> 00:33:16 the SCANAR device with custom attachments like
00:33:16 --> 00:33:19 shungite, low -level laser light, and targeted
00:33:19 --> 00:33:22 lymphatic drainage. From an energetic perspective,
00:33:22 --> 00:33:25 how did these elements work together during a
00:33:25 --> 00:33:29 session? So these devices are stimulating cell
00:33:29 --> 00:33:32 biology in a number of different ways. We're
00:33:32 --> 00:33:38 stimulating the production of creatine, of various
00:33:38 --> 00:33:41 sorts of beneficial impacts in terms of the cell
00:33:41 --> 00:33:43 performance, the cell renewal, the various chemicals
00:33:43 --> 00:33:46 associated with skin renewal and plasticity and
00:33:46 --> 00:33:50 things like that. So that's where these things
00:33:50 --> 00:33:52 are being stimulated. So it's very much supportive
00:33:52 --> 00:33:56 of a natural process. When we look at some of
00:33:56 --> 00:33:58 the things that people do, to me it's absolutely
00:33:58 --> 00:34:00 crazy. They're using ablating lasers, which is
00:34:00 --> 00:34:03 burning off the top layer of the skin. They can
00:34:03 --> 00:34:06 be unbelievably expensive, those things, getting
00:34:06 --> 00:34:07 well into the hundreds of thousands of pounds.
00:34:09 --> 00:34:12 And to my mind, that's more invasive than non
00:34:12 --> 00:34:15 -invasive. So where we combine these things together
00:34:15 --> 00:34:19 is for their different effects, really, and that's
00:34:19 --> 00:34:22 where we can get things working even better than
00:34:22 --> 00:34:26 one device alone. I was blown away by the Cinderella
00:34:26 --> 00:34:29 Beauty Protocol video demonstrations, both by
00:34:29 --> 00:34:31 the dramatic before and after transformations
00:34:31 --> 00:34:35 in mature women and men and by the profound emotional
00:34:35 --> 00:34:37 releases happening right on the treatment table.
00:34:38 --> 00:34:40 Why does thinner, mature skin respond so much
00:34:40 --> 00:34:44 faster bioelectrically than younger tissue? I
00:34:44 --> 00:34:47 think that it's because there is more of a propensity
00:34:47 --> 00:34:52 to wrinkling with skin. And I think that it's
00:34:52 --> 00:34:56 more liable to have better, faster results than
00:34:56 --> 00:34:59 a thicker skin. And if we think of it this way,
00:34:59 --> 00:35:03 as we age, our skin's getting thinner. So we're
00:35:03 --> 00:35:05 reversing that process more or less on the spot
00:35:05 --> 00:35:09 in terms of cellular energy and in terms of the
00:35:09 --> 00:35:12 various beneficial cosmetological approaches.
00:35:12 --> 00:35:15 as well so i think that it makes sense to me
00:35:15 --> 00:35:18 that that would be more dramatic than dealing
00:35:18 --> 00:35:23 with thicker skin so more energy it's able to
00:35:23 --> 00:35:28 take up fluid oxygen nutrients more quickly but
00:35:28 --> 00:35:30 we're really stimulating this from multiple angles
00:35:30 --> 00:35:34 all at the same time with the electrical adaptive
00:35:34 --> 00:35:37 stimulator so this is not purely electrical as
00:35:37 --> 00:35:41 a response it's a intimately connected electrochemical
00:35:41 --> 00:35:44 response as well but then we're also dealing
00:35:44 --> 00:35:48 with bringing in light and other things to support
00:35:48 --> 00:35:52 that process as well so that's my rationale is
00:35:52 --> 00:35:55 that those cells can have more or less an instant
00:35:55 --> 00:35:59 response to a right kind of stimulation and this
00:35:59 --> 00:36:01 actually just reflects what i've seen in other
00:36:01 --> 00:36:03 areas things that people would consider to be
00:36:03 --> 00:36:06 miracle cures So, for example, I was treating
00:36:06 --> 00:36:09 a lady with a back problem in Ireland recently.
00:36:09 --> 00:36:13 We did the arm brushing on her. That took 63
00:36:13 --> 00:36:17 seconds because the device has a counter on it.
00:36:17 --> 00:36:20 And her back problem was completely resolved.
00:36:21 --> 00:36:24 Speedy results with the right technologies are
00:36:24 --> 00:36:26 something that doesn't really surprise me anymore.
00:36:26 --> 00:36:28 What does surprise me is when we don't get the
00:36:28 --> 00:36:31 results actually. So I would describe it as a...
00:36:32 --> 00:36:35 multifaceted approach that we're bringing into
00:36:35 --> 00:36:39 that situation and if we have thin skin which
00:36:39 --> 00:36:43 has wrinkles and things like that then it's very
00:36:43 --> 00:36:46 much down to hydrogen effects energetic effects
00:36:46 --> 00:36:49 and things like that so we can go straight to
00:36:49 --> 00:36:52 the root cause and have a very very fast impact
00:36:52 --> 00:36:56 in those situations yeah the lower arm the skin
00:36:56 --> 00:36:58 is thinner than the upper arm so that's why you
00:36:58 --> 00:37:03 use the lower arm right Yeah, absolutely. Yeah.
00:37:04 --> 00:37:07 Why does elevating cellular voltage during an
00:37:07 --> 00:37:10 aesthetic session trigger such deep emotional
00:37:10 --> 00:37:13 breakthroughs and mental clarity? The theory
00:37:13 --> 00:37:17 is that we're dealing with a very, very intelligent
00:37:17 --> 00:37:22 and sophisticated thing in the human body. And
00:37:22 --> 00:37:25 it seems to work on the universal conservation
00:37:25 --> 00:37:30 of energy principle. If we have a lack of capacity
00:37:30 --> 00:37:32 at that time to deal with a particular issue
00:37:32 --> 00:37:36 so it could be a trauma could be an illness it
00:37:36 --> 00:37:40 could be an injury then the body wraps it up
00:37:40 --> 00:37:43 in what we call an energy cyst so it's like okay
00:37:43 --> 00:37:46 that's like a sticking plaster that's good enough
00:37:46 --> 00:37:48 for now now i'm going to go off and do other
00:37:48 --> 00:37:53 things and as we get older we aggregate more
00:37:53 --> 00:37:56 and more of these energy cysts now they're there
00:37:56 --> 00:37:58 to conserve energy we didn't have sufficient
00:37:58 --> 00:38:00 energy to deal with it in the first place really
00:38:00 --> 00:38:04 tired very exhausted perhaps stressed as well
00:38:04 --> 00:38:06 this mutation has been held within the body in
00:38:06 --> 00:38:08 that time and just locked away in that period
00:38:08 --> 00:38:13 so the same goes for emotional traumas so but
00:38:13 --> 00:38:16 nevertheless these things are always adding to
00:38:16 --> 00:38:20 the body and each one is using still a little
00:38:20 --> 00:38:23 bit of energy so we've got a aggregating factor
00:38:23 --> 00:38:28 and build -up of numbers of small issues which
00:38:28 --> 00:38:31 are dragging more and more energy over time and
00:38:31 --> 00:38:33 what we do with these devices is we're connecting
00:38:33 --> 00:38:35 the nerves which are connected to these issues
00:38:35 --> 00:38:39 and we're breaking them open and doing them so
00:38:39 --> 00:38:42 especially when it comes to traumas it gets reflected
00:38:42 --> 00:38:44 on the face you know we can see someone who's
00:38:44 --> 00:38:47 in shock or who's had a very traumatic event
00:38:47 --> 00:38:50 it's written on their face so this is intimately
00:38:50 --> 00:38:53 connected to this location and those nerves are
00:38:53 --> 00:38:56 there as well And we can just tap into that and
00:38:56 --> 00:38:59 help the processing of those issues. So the face
00:38:59 --> 00:39:00 is a very, very powerful place to deal with.
00:39:00 --> 00:39:04 So if you can relieve that stress very quickly,
00:39:04 --> 00:39:07 very important for stress, the traumas, not just
00:39:07 --> 00:39:11 cosmetological impacts. For chiropractors, physical
00:39:11 --> 00:39:14 therapists or estheticians listening today, how
00:39:14 --> 00:39:18 easily can these bioadaptive devices and the
00:39:18 --> 00:39:20 Cinderella protocol be integrated into an existing
00:39:20 --> 00:39:26 clinical or spa practice? very easily. In fact,
00:39:26 --> 00:39:28 you know, so my understanding of this area, I've
00:39:28 --> 00:39:30 done a fair bit of research in the area. It's
00:39:30 --> 00:39:32 not really my, you know, absolute speciality,
00:39:32 --> 00:39:35 but I think most people are using some kind of
00:39:35 --> 00:39:41 microcurrent and light therapy. So we have a
00:39:41 --> 00:39:44 magical combination that works together, but
00:39:44 --> 00:39:48 this is also much broader spectra of frequencies
00:39:48 --> 00:39:53 and biofeedback as well. That's a much more sophisticated
00:39:53 --> 00:39:55 conversation with the body. The beauty of it
00:39:55 --> 00:39:59 is that these devices are easy to use. So if
00:39:59 --> 00:40:01 someone was using them already, I could see them
00:40:01 --> 00:40:05 wanting to actually do effectively an equipment
00:40:05 --> 00:40:08 upgrade for better results because we're looking
00:40:08 --> 00:40:12 at a completely different level of technological
00:40:12 --> 00:40:15 development. But on that basis, on the basis
00:40:15 --> 00:40:17 that most people are using something similar
00:40:17 --> 00:40:20 anyway, this is really quite easy. to use it
00:40:20 --> 00:40:25 becomes very intuitive to use as well but we
00:40:25 --> 00:40:28 need to be aware that we're talking about a different
00:40:28 --> 00:40:31 level of effectiveness and then that obviously
00:40:31 --> 00:40:34 then connects with the emotional issues but our
00:40:34 --> 00:40:37 insight into this really comes from the healing
00:40:37 --> 00:40:40 angle and from quite deep knowledge multiple
00:40:41 --> 00:40:44 energetic categories and how they operate and
00:40:44 --> 00:40:46 how to integrate them together and I think that
00:40:46 --> 00:40:49 gives us particular insights into all of the
00:40:49 --> 00:40:52 associated areas and the issues involved with
00:40:52 --> 00:40:55 them but that's where I really think that actually
00:40:55 --> 00:40:59 the specific technologies that we use accompanied
00:40:59 --> 00:41:01 by the training because it doesn't matter what
00:41:01 --> 00:41:03 you get you've always got to know how to use
00:41:03 --> 00:41:05 it as well as the theoretical knowledge of the
00:41:05 --> 00:41:10 area means that actually I would expect world
00:41:10 --> 00:41:13 -class results from using the kind of technologies
00:41:13 --> 00:41:16 that we use in one of your introductory courses
00:41:16 --> 00:41:20 on youtube you say that you have a 90 to 95 success
00:41:20 --> 00:41:23 rate would you like to expand on that my experience
00:41:23 --> 00:41:26 of some of the world's best energy healing and
00:41:26 --> 00:41:30 regenerative technologies is that they work unbelievably
00:41:30 --> 00:41:34 well, incredibly quickly in many situations.
00:41:34 --> 00:41:37 So we're generally looking at 85 % to 95 % efficacy.
00:41:38 --> 00:41:41 The we, as an organisation, tend to deal with
00:41:41 --> 00:41:43 people who have more severe problems than other
00:41:43 --> 00:41:46 people. So we're already dealing with a difficult
00:41:46 --> 00:41:48 area and a grey area. But that means that our
00:41:48 --> 00:41:50 focus has to be on those people. What are we
00:41:50 --> 00:41:54 missing? Could be nutrition. It could be a toxic
00:41:54 --> 00:41:56 event or something else. So this then leads us
00:41:56 --> 00:42:00 into a more holistic approach, which is OK. What
00:42:00 --> 00:42:02 are our prime suspects in this situation? Let's
00:42:02 --> 00:42:06 line them up and tick them off the list. So we're
00:42:06 --> 00:42:09 then stepping further from not just using devices
00:42:09 --> 00:42:11 and integrating devices for the best effect,
00:42:11 --> 00:42:14 but also backing that up with a holistic strategy
00:42:14 --> 00:42:19 in order to cut through the complexity of what
00:42:19 --> 00:42:20 we're dealing with in terms of the human body
00:42:20 --> 00:42:23 and its environment. Well, I have to talk more
00:42:23 --> 00:42:26 about the... The health illness and the injury
00:42:26 --> 00:42:28 side here, because cosmetology isn't really my
00:42:28 --> 00:42:32 speciality and I've only used it once when I
00:42:32 --> 00:42:36 was training that lady in England. But yeah,
00:42:36 --> 00:42:39 unbelievably dramatic results. If you and I got
00:42:39 --> 00:42:42 treated with this technology, we'd get around
00:42:42 --> 00:42:47 about a 10 % increase in IQ. Back to those energetic
00:42:47 --> 00:42:50 effects that I discussed before. The eyes are
00:42:50 --> 00:42:51 glazed in the top photograph. They're rolling
00:42:51 --> 00:42:54 back in her head because she's really dissociated
00:42:54 --> 00:42:56 from the world, almost in a catatonic state.
00:42:57 --> 00:42:59 No focus, there's no interest in the world. And
00:42:59 --> 00:43:01 what we see in the bottom photograph is those
00:43:01 --> 00:43:04 eyes are shiny. They're bright, they're clear.
00:43:04 --> 00:43:07 She can focus and she's actually seeing what's
00:43:07 --> 00:43:10 going on and getting engaged with it after one
00:43:10 --> 00:43:13 12 -minute treatment in that case. And she would
00:43:13 --> 00:43:16 have had probably about a 30 % increase in IQ.
00:43:17 --> 00:43:20 at that stage. So this is about how the brain
00:43:20 --> 00:43:23 works and the brain neurology works. Bruises,
00:43:23 --> 00:43:26 we can get rid of them very, very quickly as
00:43:26 --> 00:43:30 well. We've got some dramatic sort of examples,
00:43:30 --> 00:43:34 but it's... They're all on your YouTube channel.
00:43:34 --> 00:43:36 People can watch them there, right? Absolutely.
00:43:37 --> 00:43:38 But the thing is, you know, we're back to this
00:43:38 --> 00:43:41 principle of everybody's body's different. Everybody's
00:43:41 --> 00:43:45 body's different every day. And in fact... One
00:43:45 --> 00:43:48 of the reasons that we encourage people to use
00:43:48 --> 00:43:52 variability in the treatment is that if we just
00:43:52 --> 00:43:56 treat, let's say, quite a serious arm injury,
00:43:56 --> 00:43:58 well, if it's very new, we might have a dramatic
00:43:58 --> 00:44:01 effect, put it off at the pass. If it's very
00:44:01 --> 00:44:03 old, we might have a dramatic effect as well,
00:44:03 --> 00:44:06 maybe a miracle type of result because the body's
00:44:06 --> 00:44:08 already done a lot of work towards that healing.
00:44:10 --> 00:44:12 Everybody's body is different and the body has
00:44:12 --> 00:44:14 its own priorities. So let's say another issue
00:44:14 --> 00:44:16 going on and the body is going to want to prioritize
00:44:16 --> 00:44:19 that potentially instead of the bruise that we're
00:44:19 --> 00:44:21 dealing with on that particular day. So this
00:44:21 --> 00:44:25 is where we employ variation to treat the body
00:44:25 --> 00:44:28 really holistically as well as directly over
00:44:28 --> 00:44:31 a particular problem area. And now we'll take
00:44:31 --> 00:44:35 time for a commercial break. Welcome back. you
00:44:35 --> 00:44:37 advocate for stocking different modalities combining
00:44:37 --> 00:44:41 electrical adaptive stimulators soft layers hydrogen
00:44:41 --> 00:44:45 therapy and solaris blankets why are these combinations
00:44:45 --> 00:44:48 so effective The first one and the most basic
00:44:48 --> 00:44:50 one is they work in different ways. But when
00:44:50 --> 00:44:52 we have different modalities, they don't always
00:44:52 --> 00:44:55 work together. There's a potential risk, for
00:44:55 --> 00:44:57 example, of someone who has a scaner treatment
00:44:57 --> 00:45:01 within too short a period of having a Reiki or
00:45:01 --> 00:45:03 a Bowen therapy or something like that, having
00:45:03 --> 00:45:07 what we call a healing crisis. When the items
00:45:07 --> 00:45:12 are different and synergistic. then we can get
00:45:12 --> 00:45:14 an amplified effect from the body. So a very
00:45:14 --> 00:45:17 sort of simple example of this would be treating
00:45:17 --> 00:45:19 someone with an electrical adaptive stimulator
00:45:19 --> 00:45:22 and then putting them in a healing blanket afterwards.
00:45:22 --> 00:45:25 So this is also derived from the Russian space
00:45:25 --> 00:45:27 program. It's based on the cosmonaut's uniforms.
00:45:28 --> 00:45:32 Inside that healing blanket is a thin, very highly
00:45:32 --> 00:45:35 conductive metal which is so it doesn't feel
00:45:35 --> 00:45:38 crinkly or anything like bako foil or aluminium
00:45:38 --> 00:45:41 foil and it has thick layers of cotton on the
00:45:41 --> 00:45:44 outside so what that does is that then helps
00:45:44 --> 00:45:47 to not completely eliminate but certainly reduce
00:45:47 --> 00:45:49 disturbing man -made electromagnetic frequencies
00:45:49 --> 00:45:52 from wi -fi and mobile phones and things like
00:45:52 --> 00:45:55 that but that's not the only effect the other
00:45:55 --> 00:45:59 effect is that back to this principle of our
00:45:59 --> 00:46:01 bodies produce energy in the form of electricity
00:46:02 --> 00:46:04 light anything that produces electricity and
00:46:04 --> 00:46:07 light actually that goes into a field effect
00:46:07 --> 00:46:10 around it so we call this the biofield so wrapping
00:46:10 --> 00:46:13 the body in a healing blanket afterwards then
00:46:13 --> 00:46:16 results in that energy being reflected back to
00:46:16 --> 00:46:19 the body and what we understand is happening
00:46:19 --> 00:46:21 there is that that means that it's conserving
00:46:21 --> 00:46:24 energy It's amplifying energy, but it's also
00:46:24 --> 00:46:27 acting like an energetic mirror where the body
00:46:27 --> 00:46:31 can deal with gaps or weaknesses in the biofield
00:46:31 --> 00:46:33 as well. So it's assisting overall with conservation
00:46:33 --> 00:46:37 of energy and distribution of energy. Each modality
00:46:37 --> 00:46:40 has its own particular attributes, but if they're
00:46:40 --> 00:46:43 complementary and sufficiently different, then
00:46:43 --> 00:46:45 we can get even better, even faster results.
00:46:46 --> 00:46:48 Michael, you've emphasized that frequency devices
00:46:48 --> 00:46:51 and holistic protocols are designed to complement
00:46:51 --> 00:46:54 existing medical and clinical care rather than
00:46:54 --> 00:46:58 replace it entirely. How do these tools work
00:46:58 --> 00:47:00 alongside conventional medicine and how should
00:47:00 --> 00:47:03 patients communicate their progress to their
00:47:03 --> 00:47:06 doctors? So obviously this depends on the condition.
00:47:06 --> 00:47:08 If it's just a straightforward injury, then it's
00:47:08 --> 00:47:10 not necessarily a big problem if it's relatively
00:47:10 --> 00:47:14 minor. But as we progress into things that are
00:47:14 --> 00:47:17 potentially more serious or more complex, potentially
00:47:17 --> 00:47:20 long term, then it's always a desirable thing
00:47:20 --> 00:47:24 to talk to the family doctor and basically liaise
00:47:24 --> 00:47:28 with them. about it. Now, if they want our input
00:47:28 --> 00:47:31 into this, then I would generally say that as
00:47:31 --> 00:47:36 the symptoms of the issue go away, then I'd be
00:47:36 --> 00:47:39 discussing with the doctor reducing the medications.
00:47:40 --> 00:47:43 We live in a fascinating Catch -22 modern technology.
00:47:44 --> 00:47:47 gives us incredible convenience, yet the constant
00:47:47 --> 00:47:50 blue light, EMF exposure, electrosmog, and lifestyle
00:47:50 --> 00:47:54 stress come from these very devices may actually
00:47:54 --> 00:47:58 be accelerating your biological aging. You emphasize
00:47:58 --> 00:48:00 that frequency technology works best within a
00:48:00 --> 00:48:03 broader holistic strategy. What are the main
00:48:03 --> 00:48:06 internal and external drag factors that slow
00:48:06 --> 00:48:09 down a person's response to frequency healing,
00:48:10 --> 00:48:13 and how can Keep Health's tools help us build
00:48:13 --> 00:48:16 adaptive resilience? against these modern technological
00:48:16 --> 00:48:19 stressors first of all looking at the holistic
00:48:19 --> 00:48:21 strategy this is about awareness first of all
00:48:21 --> 00:48:25 of the potential harm and they say it of 5g masks
00:48:25 --> 00:48:29 of mobile phones of Wi -Fi and things like that
00:48:29 --> 00:48:32 in the same way as any other form of pollution
00:48:32 --> 00:48:35 in our environment and then on a much more fundamental
00:48:35 --> 00:48:39 level are we getting enough sleep Are we suffering
00:48:39 --> 00:48:41 from stress? Because we know that these things
00:48:41 --> 00:48:44 are connected to causing problems in terms of
00:48:44 --> 00:48:47 the body and its health. So the devices will
00:48:47 --> 00:48:50 definitely help and they can often cure things
00:48:50 --> 00:48:53 in a very short time if the root of it is purely
00:48:53 --> 00:48:56 energetic. We're dealing with this incredibly
00:48:56 --> 00:48:59 complex organism, the most complex thing in the
00:48:59 --> 00:49:02 universe by far. So we need to be quite careful
00:49:02 --> 00:49:05 about what assumptions we bring into that situation.
00:49:06 --> 00:49:09 So this is really... where a holistic approach
00:49:09 --> 00:49:12 is the most intelligent way to approach these
00:49:12 --> 00:49:15 issues. Keep Health trains individuals to treat
00:49:15 --> 00:49:18 children, the elderly, and even pets. How do
00:49:18 --> 00:49:21 dosing guidelines and safety protocols change
00:49:21 --> 00:49:23 when applying these non -invasive technologies
00:49:23 --> 00:49:26 to animals or younger family members? It depends
00:49:26 --> 00:49:30 on the device, really. This is the great benefit,
00:49:30 --> 00:49:34 which I think is unique. to these technologies
00:49:34 --> 00:49:37 is this biofeedback. That means that the device
00:49:37 --> 00:49:40 adapts itself to the body. It means that the
00:49:40 --> 00:49:44 body is choosing which programs, what percentage,
00:49:44 --> 00:49:47 how much, how much energy, when is enough enough.
00:49:48 --> 00:49:50 So it's very much the body that's driving this
00:49:50 --> 00:49:52 process and these are just supportive tools to
00:49:52 --> 00:49:55 assist with that. So that's really a great advantage
00:49:55 --> 00:49:59 of majoring with them. Why are they useful? Well,
00:49:59 --> 00:50:01 they don't undermine each other. First of all,
00:50:01 --> 00:50:03 they don't conflict with each other. And also
00:50:03 --> 00:50:08 they seem to comply with not just practice, but
00:50:08 --> 00:50:10 also the research of this area, which implies
00:50:10 --> 00:50:15 that there are quite specific windows for types
00:50:15 --> 00:50:19 of energy, for amounts of energy. That's very,
00:50:19 --> 00:50:22 very important because a lot of the manufacturers,
00:50:23 --> 00:50:26 unfortunately, don't understand the issues. A
00:50:26 --> 00:50:30 lot of the manufacturers don't care about these
00:50:30 --> 00:50:32 issues either, is my experience, which is quite
00:50:32 --> 00:50:35 horrifying. And the result is that poorly founded
00:50:35 --> 00:50:39 science has cascaded into device application
00:50:39 --> 00:50:43 manuals for training. Typical thing is you pick
00:50:43 --> 00:50:45 up a manual and say, well, you know, treat this
00:50:45 --> 00:50:48 for so many minutes. And it doesn't work like
00:50:48 --> 00:50:51 that, unfortunately. And then we're into the
00:50:51 --> 00:50:54 realm of effectively... not even guessing, because
00:50:54 --> 00:50:56 we're not even aware of what those issues are
00:50:56 --> 00:51:00 regarding over -treatment in one go, or over
00:51:00 --> 00:51:04 a period of a few days or a week. But our familiarity
00:51:04 --> 00:51:07 with these processes and with specific things
00:51:07 --> 00:51:10 that seem to just comply beautifully with these
00:51:10 --> 00:51:14 energetic windows that work very, very well.
00:51:14 --> 00:51:17 The human body means that half the job is done
00:51:17 --> 00:51:19 for us, really. We're then looking at specific
00:51:19 --> 00:51:23 methodologies or automation to perfect layering
00:51:23 --> 00:51:26 of these technologies together. For listeners
00:51:26 --> 00:51:28 looking to learn these protocols themselves,
00:51:29 --> 00:51:32 I notice you offer flexible entry points either
00:51:32 --> 00:51:35 through an affordable standalone membership or
00:51:35 --> 00:51:39 include a fee with a device purchase. Could you
00:51:39 --> 00:51:42 explain what's inside the educational portal
00:51:42 --> 00:51:45 and why ensuring both practitioner and home users
00:51:45 --> 00:51:48 are properly trained is so central? to your mission.
00:51:48 --> 00:51:53 Because if you don't have the basic knowledge
00:51:53 --> 00:51:57 of the fundamentals of frequency healing, you're
00:51:57 --> 00:51:58 never going to be able to master the subjects.
00:51:58 --> 00:52:00 And then you need this specific knowledge of
00:52:00 --> 00:52:02 the particular device that you're dealing with.
00:52:02 --> 00:52:06 So really all of the things that we provide have
00:52:06 --> 00:52:09 one form of training package or another. The
00:52:09 --> 00:52:13 top end devices rely primarily on videos and
00:52:13 --> 00:52:16 then a quiz, then books that I've written as
00:52:16 --> 00:52:19 well. A very specific training course. We've
00:52:19 --> 00:52:22 got specific training for the laser as well.
00:52:22 --> 00:52:24 So we're covering integration from the start.
00:52:24 --> 00:52:28 The doctors, the clinicians, the brand new home
00:52:28 --> 00:52:32 users, they get all the same training. So they're
00:52:32 --> 00:52:34 starting off with something which is very standardised
00:52:34 --> 00:52:37 effectively, but very high quality. And then
00:52:37 --> 00:52:40 that's backed up by other materials, which is
00:52:40 --> 00:52:42 then they're often dealing with people who have
00:52:42 --> 00:52:45 stress trauma brain fog maybe a traumatic brain
00:52:45 --> 00:52:48 injury memory issues things like that and so
00:52:48 --> 00:52:51 they need to have something where they can just
00:52:51 --> 00:52:54 be reminded oh right okay well here here are
00:52:54 --> 00:52:57 my modes on the device here are my options for
00:52:57 --> 00:52:59 dealing with a an acute issue like an injury
00:52:59 --> 00:53:02 and if i'm dealing with something more complex
00:53:02 --> 00:53:05 the this protocol would be applicable to that
00:53:05 --> 00:53:07 and then i can go back and i can just watch that
00:53:07 --> 00:53:11 video straight away so really this extracts the
00:53:11 --> 00:53:14 burden from the memory side of things. But that's
00:53:14 --> 00:53:17 only half of it, because the other half of it
00:53:17 --> 00:53:20 is then that, of course, people need to have
00:53:20 --> 00:53:23 pretty well unlimited individual support as well.
00:53:24 --> 00:53:26 If they're not clear on what that training means
00:53:26 --> 00:53:29 or they've forgotten or it becomes a little bit
00:53:29 --> 00:53:31 complex, whether it's a person dealing with an
00:53:31 --> 00:53:34 issue at home, like a health issue, or whether
00:53:34 --> 00:53:38 it's a clinician, then... This is where the individualisation
00:53:38 --> 00:53:41 of the support comes in. But the beauty is that
00:53:41 --> 00:53:43 underlying all of this stuff are some quite simple
00:53:43 --> 00:53:47 principles, really, and techniques and protocols
00:53:47 --> 00:53:50 and methods of operation. So that means that
00:53:50 --> 00:53:54 it's not as complex as it first looks, but that's
00:53:54 --> 00:53:56 absolutely critical to getting the very best
00:53:56 --> 00:53:59 out of the technologies, so that we achieve two
00:53:59 --> 00:54:02 things which should be perfectly balanced. One
00:54:02 --> 00:54:05 is competence. And the other one is confidence.
00:54:05 --> 00:54:07 We don't want to be too confident if it exceeds
00:54:07 --> 00:54:10 our competence. So knowing when we're guessing,
00:54:11 --> 00:54:13 when we need to ask, is very important as well.
00:54:13 --> 00:54:16 If someone were to ask you if there was someone
00:54:16 --> 00:54:20 in their area, would you tell them? Yes, I'd
00:54:20 --> 00:54:22 ask that person, first of all, if they wanted
00:54:22 --> 00:54:24 to be contacted, because as an organization,
00:54:24 --> 00:54:27 we're quite different in many respects. We have
00:54:27 --> 00:54:31 this strong sort of conversational thing. going
00:54:31 --> 00:54:34 on strong communication feedback so that means
00:54:34 --> 00:54:37 that they're constantly feeding back to me that
00:54:37 --> 00:54:41 goes into the research base and then i can update
00:54:41 --> 00:54:44 people as well yes that's that's possible for
00:54:44 --> 00:54:47 someone looking to dive deeper into frequency
00:54:47 --> 00:54:50 healing You've laid out a complete learning path
00:54:50 --> 00:54:54 across your three books. Could you explain how
00:54:54 --> 00:54:56 the titles connect from The Beginner's Guide
00:54:56 --> 00:54:59 to the Holistic Strategy Companion up to Energy
00:54:59 --> 00:55:02 Healing, Regeneration and Holistic Health and
00:55:02 --> 00:55:05 how they work together with your nine -part video
00:55:05 --> 00:55:09 training course? In a way, the books were extracted
00:55:09 --> 00:55:12 from the training course but also supplemented
00:55:12 --> 00:55:15 by the research. There are problems in frequency
00:55:15 --> 00:55:18 healing. as there are in conventional medicine.
00:55:18 --> 00:55:20 One of the problems is that most people are hearing
00:55:20 --> 00:55:23 about this through memes, and they're just swallowing
00:55:23 --> 00:55:26 the memes hook, line and sinker. So a very typical
00:55:26 --> 00:55:30 one is, what's the frequency for kidney infection?
00:55:30 --> 00:55:34 And these are very, very problematic and potentially
00:55:34 --> 00:55:37 dangerous questions to ask and to answer. And
00:55:37 --> 00:55:41 people seem to... Just completely believe that's
00:55:41 --> 00:55:43 all there is to it and there isn't let's let's
00:55:43 --> 00:55:46 just assume that there was let's say it's whatever
00:55:46 --> 00:55:49 frequency Well, we don't know Whether that's
00:55:49 --> 00:55:53 a square wave a sine wave a spiral wave a fading
00:55:53 --> 00:55:57 wave the amplitude the Signal strength things
00:55:57 --> 00:55:59 like that. There's much much more to it than
00:55:59 --> 00:56:02 this a lot of people really seem to be believing
00:56:02 --> 00:56:05 This is how it works. So educating the public
00:56:05 --> 00:56:07 becomes very important. So the Beginner's Guide
00:56:07 --> 00:56:10 is really effectively a very short, simple version
00:56:10 --> 00:56:14 of the main book, Frequency Healing, Energy Healing,
00:56:15 --> 00:56:18 Regeneration and Holistic Health. So it's only
00:56:18 --> 00:56:21 about 120 -something pages, and it's really the
00:56:21 --> 00:56:24 introduction to the area, 80 -plus modalities,
00:56:24 --> 00:56:27 nine different sectors. What are the differences?
00:56:27 --> 00:56:31 What do I need for my particular problem? So
00:56:31 --> 00:56:33 that's that book. It's really meant as a nice,
00:56:33 --> 00:56:36 quick and easy introduction. The second book
00:56:36 --> 00:56:39 then really goes into the holistic strategy kind
00:56:39 --> 00:56:41 of things, which is that, you know, frequency
00:56:41 --> 00:56:44 healing doesn't always work. And what else can
00:56:44 --> 00:56:47 we do to stack the odds? And in fact, what can
00:56:47 --> 00:56:51 work dirt cheap at home in a number of situations
00:56:51 --> 00:56:54 on its own? So this is looking at supplements
00:56:54 --> 00:56:58 and nutrients and diets and detoxes and the subtleties
00:56:58 --> 00:57:01 and the tripping hazards of those areas. For
00:57:01 --> 00:57:03 example, you need to get proper biologically
00:57:03 --> 00:57:06 available supplements, not just things that have
00:57:06 --> 00:57:08 been produced by the petrochemical industry,
00:57:08 --> 00:57:10 so things that really genuinely work with the
00:57:10 --> 00:57:13 body. And then frequency healing, energy healing,
00:57:13 --> 00:57:15 regeneration and holistic health is the big book.
00:57:16 --> 00:57:20 That's the one which is heavily... illustrated
00:57:20 --> 00:57:22 it goes into more detail about how to treat kind
00:57:22 --> 00:57:24 of things that we need to be aware of various
00:57:24 --> 00:57:28 treatment points so it's really like a a step
00:57:28 --> 00:57:30 -by -step process for people to follow really
00:57:30 --> 00:57:32 if they want to get into this area and they're
00:57:32 --> 00:57:36 all included with our training package so when
00:57:36 --> 00:57:38 people get a top -end device they're getting
00:57:38 --> 00:57:41 training all of it's included they're getting
00:57:41 --> 00:57:44 the training for life as well And so one thing
00:57:44 --> 00:57:47 that happened a few years ago was the developers
00:57:47 --> 00:57:49 of these technologies said, hey, you know those
00:57:49 --> 00:57:52 devices you've been working with? Yeah. Well,
00:57:52 --> 00:57:56 we've got an upgrade for them. Oh. So are we
00:57:56 --> 00:57:58 going to charge people more for that training?
00:57:58 --> 00:58:01 No, it's included for life. It's upgraded for
00:58:01 --> 00:58:05 life. We often need to revisit our research when
00:58:05 --> 00:58:07 devices are changed and things like that. So
00:58:07 --> 00:58:10 this is all included. that package because if
00:58:10 --> 00:58:12 you're going to invest in what we believe is
00:58:12 --> 00:58:17 is has potential to be the very best frequency
00:58:17 --> 00:58:19 healing device in the world costing an absolute
00:58:19 --> 00:58:22 fraction of some of the the high -end devices
00:58:22 --> 00:58:25 not absolutely for sure the best in category
00:58:25 --> 00:58:28 and a serious contender the best overall healing
00:58:28 --> 00:58:31 device then we can't leave people in the position
00:58:31 --> 00:58:34 of knowing what an upgrade means or have that
00:58:34 --> 00:58:37 supported So effectively, it's a lifetime membership
00:58:37 --> 00:58:40 and training package and support package that
00:58:40 --> 00:58:42 people get. So that's really where the books
00:58:42 --> 00:58:46 fit in. To wrap up, for someone looking to get
00:58:46 --> 00:58:49 real lasting results while avoiding common traps
00:58:49 --> 00:58:52 like signal tolerance or unrealistic expectations,
00:58:53 --> 00:58:55 what is your top advice? Knowledge is power.
00:58:56 --> 00:58:59 Most people trip up right at the start by making
00:58:59 --> 00:59:01 assumptions of, I just need to get a frequency.
00:59:02 --> 00:59:05 No, what you really need is, and I have this
00:59:05 --> 00:59:08 recurring conversation, I deal with some world
00:59:08 --> 00:59:10 -class people. I deal with people who train world
00:59:10 --> 00:59:14 champions, Olympic athletes, international sports
00:59:14 --> 00:59:16 team members, also clinicians who've been operating
00:59:16 --> 00:59:20 for over 40 years and have used multiple modalities.
00:59:20 --> 00:59:24 And we're all in agreement about the basic issues.
00:59:24 --> 00:59:28 But the vast majority of people in this marketplace
00:59:28 --> 00:59:31 and now the equipment developers as well have...
00:59:32 --> 00:59:34 completely dissociated themselves from the the
00:59:34 --> 00:59:37 basics of and the foundations of this subject
00:59:37 --> 00:59:40 area so get knowledge this is really where the
00:59:40 --> 00:59:43 books were designed because i did a little survey
00:59:43 --> 00:59:46 recently of the books on amazon and i found under
00:59:46 --> 00:59:50 300 books on energy healing under 160 on frequency
00:59:50 --> 00:59:55 healing one book dealing with 10 modalities out
00:59:55 --> 00:59:57 of seven the other six dealing with four modalities
00:59:57 --> 01:00:00 or less but this is where my books are covering
01:00:01 --> 01:00:04 80 modalities from nine different sectors. So
01:00:04 --> 01:00:07 the aim is you can walk out of that and potentially
01:00:07 --> 01:00:10 save thousands on getting the wrong thing or
01:00:10 --> 01:00:12 adverse events or just not getting the results
01:00:12 --> 01:00:14 that you want to get. So we need to start off
01:00:14 --> 01:00:18 with a level playing field of good, clear, straightforward
01:00:18 --> 01:00:21 information and backed up by support because
01:00:21 --> 01:00:23 if people want to get in touch with me as well,
01:00:23 --> 01:00:27 then they can do. That's our preference, actually,
01:00:27 --> 01:00:30 is if you mail us through our website or through
01:00:30 --> 01:00:31 the information given in the back of the books.
01:00:32 --> 01:00:34 We need a conversation with people because we've
01:00:34 --> 01:00:37 got to ask some quite searching questions instead
01:00:37 --> 01:00:40 of making potentially dangerous assumptions and
01:00:40 --> 01:00:42 then give them the detail, the nuance of their
01:00:42 --> 01:00:45 particular options. Well, it could be simple
01:00:45 --> 01:00:47 straight away. Well, you're down to about four
01:00:47 --> 01:00:49 or five things because you've got a degenerative
01:00:49 --> 01:00:52 illness. Apply the holistic strategy, but your
01:00:52 --> 01:00:55 main choices are this, this, this, and this,
01:00:55 --> 01:00:57 and forget everything else because there's a
01:00:57 --> 01:00:59 very low chance of success, for example. So we
01:00:59 --> 01:01:03 can cut through those issues quite quickly. Michael,
01:01:03 --> 01:01:05 thank you so much for joining us today and sharing
01:01:05 --> 01:01:08 such a profound, empowering perspective on bioenergetics
01:01:08 --> 01:01:11 and human health. Your work reminds us that true
01:01:11 --> 01:01:14 wellness isn't about fighting the body, but giving
01:01:14 --> 01:01:16 it the light frequency and cellular energy it
01:01:16 --> 01:01:19 needs to heal itself. For our listeners who want
01:01:19 --> 01:01:21 to dive deeper into your books and training,
01:01:22 --> 01:01:24 we'll have the links in the description section
