Her work centers on mental health awareness in the workplace, the training and development of the UpStream Leadership Model, and advocacy for families impacted by substance use disorder. With more than 25 years of experience in public relations, communications, and marketing, Melanie blends strategic insight with a genuine passion for prevention, education, and organizational well-being.
A graduate of Montana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree, Melanie lives in Billings, Montana, with her husband. Together, they have three grown children who continue to inspire her commitment to strengthening families and communities everywhere.
